The intake case manager kept making incorrect references to the info I had provided. I had to repeat several times that I was hit by a car and that I was riding a 250cc scooter - unpleasant phone etiquette, felt as if he's falling asleep on there other end.

We are in the beginning stages of determining whether my case can be accepted. I hope that all goes well in my favor. So far the staff professionals have been polite expressing empathy. I appreciate them for courtesy and calm which has been rare to find these days. This is COVID-19 era 2020-21....
