Seven months ago, the company I work for had the need for an attorney in the San Francisco county area. It was a serious business situation, which could have ended up being very negative for the company. I always start with online reviews to pick a service or company, and I spent a couple of hours doing just that. After narrowing it down, we picked the Law Office of Svetlana Shirinova. From the first conversation, to the POSITIVE final result of our dealings with Svetlana, we were VERY pleased. I have dealt with attorneys on behalf of 3 different companies, over a twelve year span. I did so much research because I haven’t had the best outcome with attorneys in general; often related to feeling “ripped off” on time vs. fees and lack of communication. From the start, Svetlana gave us a couple of great options in the regard of fees and they were both amazingly fair and reasonable. She spent a lot of time understanding the situation, and giving us great tips and input. The company did hire her, and she was great with communication anytime we called needing her, calling us back quickly if she didn’t answer right then. She suggested money saving options-things we could handle ourselves, that saved us THOUSANDS, I’m sure. She seemed to have a good grasp of the situation immediately, and we both felt very confident with her on our side. The thing that I liked most of all though was: I felt she truly cared about us-as people-not just a client to get money from; we were a “team” fighting together. I have NEVER had that experience from an attorney! It took months, but we had a perfect resolution and very little output of money considering the seriousness of our situation. I am whole-heartedly referring her firm to anyone wanting a smart, hardworking and honest (unreal, right?) attorney to represent you.

I consulted Mrs. Shirinova during the application process for permanent residency and citizenship. She helped me with every step in the application process and I obtained my documents without any issues and in due time. She made sure that I was well informed and prepared for my interviews which made the process more feasible. I could not have chosen a better advocate! She must simply be the best there is!!

I initially met Svetlana working a complex Federal case as a linguist. I was instantly impressed by her intelligence, attention to detail, and attitude. As I got to know her better working other cases, I was impressed increasingly more by Svetlana's sharp mind and professionalism. However, I believe that her most impressive qualities are the immense capacity for understanding each individual case on a deeper personal level and unmatched tenacity -- for Svetlana there is no such thing as giving up; she will carry on and find ways to prevail in a case by the time many attorneys would have given up. I have since recommended Svetlana to multiple clients and personally used her services. Without any hesitation I recommend Svetlana Shirinova as a first-class attorney and an outstanding human being.

Svetlana helped us with some employment law violation stuff - my wife had some rather serious problems with her ex-employer. And I'm pretty sure that without Lana's help it would be rather hard to deal with it. She is extremely professional, but besides that she is really willing and ready to help - I had to call to her several times after an appointment and all the time Svetlana was able to spend her time to help me with my questions. There is also another thing I really want to mention - she is a great human being - compassion and very responsive. Person who understand that this stuff is very important for people in trouble - not an artificial "courtesy", but true compassion. And I would like to say a very big "Thank You" to her for that...

I would set 6 stars if I can... Svetlana did a terrific job with my wife's car accident claim. She is professional & serious, got the ball rolling immediately and made sure to keep us informed during every step of the process. She answered all our questions promptly (including after hours) and fought for us every step of the way. Svetlana went above and beyond for my family and done outstanding job on negotiation with the insurance company to get the most $$$$ for our pain and suffering.

Svetlana helped a lot with personal injury case. She was very professional and attentive.

A few years back we had a nasty business lawsuit which was handled by Martin Zurada, a lawyer with whom Svetlana shared the office back then. Svetlana was not our attorney, but she was absolutely amazing in handling some things related to our case. She is very creative, knowledgeable, she predicted things and helped us understand what to expect. She offered her services as a translator in court without charging us a penny. She was an absolute rock and support all the way though. If you are looking for an attorney and reading this, you are probably considering Svetlana. Stop reading. Call her!

Svetlana is a very knowledgeable lawyer and she was really helpful. She helped my mom with some complicated matters pertaining to her work. She really went out of her way to help out. I highly recommend!
