Good people very kind to seniors!

This non profit with their own agenda, that, suppose to help the elderly tenants is nothing but a fraud they don't fight for the tenants rights, they are abusive, incompetent , liars and they will tell you..You just go to a hotel or leave with the clothes you got on, they only plead, agrees with the landlord NOT protect the tenants at all. PLEASE 🙏 STAY AWAY from this crooks. They need to be investigated and the BAR needs to removoke their license if they have any.

I was first assigned to Lynetta over a year ago for a case for overpayment from Social Security. I ended up filling out and doing all the paperwork myself that she said she would help me with She said that would postpone it for a year. The appeal just came back up and now I have an appointment on 17 January in which they referred me. SF bar, referrals and SF legal With seven days left really It’s a phone call that’s supposed to be a three-way. You would figure one of their legal team would assist me over the phone with the appeals judge for 20 minutes I’m disappointed I’m hoping that someone will contact me in the next seven days. I will keep you posted. Seems like it would be something very simple. I’ve produced and gave all of the paperwork. All they have to do is standby on the phone to make sure that everything is correct legally simple

Legal Assistance to the Elderly saved my life against abusive landlords that have been harassing and threatening me for years. The attorney, Ms. Denmark, went out of her way to protect and support me. She provided her cell phone number and with grace and knowledge of law handled an intense and dangerous situation with the police officers and the landlords. She spent hours writing emails to the landlord even late in the day. She is compassionate and caring, and I honestly owe my life to her. The other two lawyers, Mr. Drohan and Mr. Zitrin, spent hours writing emails to the landlord; at times late at night. They explained the law to the landlord with intelligence and firmness. All the lawyers kept me strong when I had no strength left. They stood strong; even though the landlord was harassing them. They called out all the lies by the landlord and protected me. I will forever be thankful for all their support.
