Mr. Rougeau helped us navigate a set of very challenging issues, professionally and with excellent counsel and follow-through, every step of the way. Gregory helped us identify the best course of action in our filing, was familiar with both Delaware and California requirements and led the submission of all appropriate documents and fees to complete a timely process the first time. He also managed communications with shareholders and creditors and facilitated the dissolution of our corporation. Finally, Gregory helped successfully address the few follow-on communications that came from creditors and helped see things through to completion.
