Very good person with knowledge 👏 but now it been more than 17 month no any update or advanced in my case ,not good from my point of view,pluse now no one update me or call or respond to my call even I mean the case manager ,so sad
شخص ممتاز و خلوق و ذو معرفة جيدة و خبرة طويلة في مجال الهجرة و تخليص المعاملات,ولكن لم أجد اي تقدم في معاملتي منذ 17شهر وأكثر.
ما انصح احد يتورط عندهم .والان محد يرد على الاتصال او التواصل معي لتحديث القضية

They helped a close relative so I reached out. They charge $100 for a consultation, which is fine. However, I asked if they could take a look at a few details surrounding my case before a full consultation (it's a very complicated case). They refused, which is fine as well. However, offering a chance to hear some details for 2 minutes, or even just reading a few paragraphs, would have been nice. I didn't want to pay without knowing, for sure, that we had a chance. Otherwise they seem nice and I'm sure they do a fine job.
