My Name Saifeldin Babiker from Sudan I filed for asylum in 1999 at Atlanta GA airport the court at that time denial my case I filed the appeal untimely after 30 days I go throw three lawyer the immigration judges always denial my appeal until I hired the Law office of Robert B. Jobe, he filed a motion to reopen with the immigration the judge denied the motion then he appealed the decision to the BIA the BIA denied then he filed a motion to reconsider the decision of the BIA, which was granted on 2012 remanding my case back to the IJ then he filed change of venue to move my case from Atlanta to san Francisco which was granted Anna L Benvenue a lawyer on Robert B Jobe Office she did grate job on my case she reopen my case and allow me to present new evidence on my country condition Sudan demonstrates that I will be persecuted and tortured if I returned to my country on November 20 on my final court hearing the judge granted my asylum I thanks the Robert B Jobe and Anna L Benvenue she’s a grate lawyer I would recommend anyone has similar to my case to ask for Anna Benvenue to be your lawyer if you file your case with Office of Robert B Jobe
