Amie and her office were so helpful, patient and pragmatic. As an LGBTQ brown immigrant I was nervous but she made me feel comfortable. Her office expedited and helped me file my case really fast. They always promptly replied to my questions, any questions no matter how dumb. The process was long and they were there with me through the whole 3 years. They told me the truth, they used their experience to make sure my application was 100% correct and did the required updates when they were required. I can't recommend her and her office enough. You will be in safe hands and feel at peace with her.

Over the years I've worked with many immigration attorneys. Hands-down, Amie is the best I've worked with. She brings human touch, deep caring for her clients, highest degree of professionalism, and most of all top notch legal expertise and experience that's a rare combination these days. I still remember the first time when I came to Amie, this was right around the beginning of COVID when everything is tense, and everyone seems to be stressed out and needed immigration help -- I submitted a question on her online contact form, trying my luck -- with desperation. To my biggest surprise, Amie not only responded the same day but also had follow-up with me, free of charge! With her help, I got the resolution I needed quickly. I was so grateful. Later on, I retained Amie's service for my parents legal case. My parents situation were a bit unusual and I was nervous whether we had a good chance winning the case. Amie talked me through my parents case, and presented me with solid and well thought out legal strategy. She was calm, confident, professional, thorough but also very understanding and knowledgeable -- which really instill a lot of confidence in me! She prepared the legal case in very detailed and matter-of-fact manner. Reading the legal case almost felt like we deserve a win in this case! My parents' case also required interview. Unfortunately Amie was very sick at the day of interview so she couldn't attend the interview in person -- but she made herself available nevertheless, and toughed through all her discomfort and pains, and did the best job I could've asked her in presenting us during the interview. She was literally on the phone with me the whole morning, and help me prepare and revise the legal response, word by word, several rounds -- to make sure everything is correct. I was deeply in awe of her professionalism and toughness. Not to mention, Amie also had a backup plan for me for the interview in case she couldn't attend -- just very caring and thoughtful throughout. During the waiting period for the final adjudication, it took way longer than I expected. Amie would make sure to check-in with me, spending time with me (at no additional cost) on strategizing how to proceed, and escalation steps -- she made repeated efforts in helping me escalate the case without any charge. You can just tell, Amie has a strong sense of justice and wanting to help the underdog -- again, not always the case these days. I still remember the moment when just one day after I spoke with Amie about the case, Amie personally called me and told me my parents cases were approved! I was over the moon and couldn't thank her enough. Her office staff also are very professional and responsive, and have been a pleasure to work with. I'm really grateful for Amie' help and service. She is not only a great legal mind and expert, but a great human being. I can't ask for more. Thank you so much Amie! Well done!

Don't spend time & money

Amie is awesome. We hired her to represent my mom to USCIS for her naturalization application, which had received a notice of “Intent to deny” from USCIS. Amie discussed the background and situation in detail with me and my mom and crafted a response that was comprehensive, impactful and thorough. USCIS approved my mom’s naturalization within a few months of that response and now my mom is a proud US Citizen. Thanks Amie!

If amie calls herself a lawyer then i call myself George Washington.. she will take your money and not to do a job.. STAY AWAY for GOD's sake....

Amie was extremely helpful and nice to talk to. She answered all my questions in the consultation. I couldn't pick her as my lawyer since it was beyond my affordability and she was kind enough to refund me my consultation fee for courtesy reasons. Highly recommend her though. She has been in the industry for so long and is a subject matter expert.
