Excellent first time experience. All that was required from me was to submit the traffic citation and associated paperwork. From that point on I just needed to sit back and relax while Silveira took care of the rest. It did take ~10 months for the whole process but the end result was favorable so no complaints here.

So last year, I moved to Millbrae from San Francisco, and within 1 week, I get Jacked by CHP. My license is my livelihood and I thought I was going to be all kinds of screwed. My blood alcohol content wasn’t that high but I was panicked. I immediately called Silveira Law for advice. Mike assured me things would turn out ok, and that he would do everything possible, then got to work. 1st off, I never missed one day of work because my license never got suspended. Then he made it so easy for me that I never had to set foot in a courtroom. He knocked out the whole thing without me having to speak or even appear in court. The DUI was dismissed, and I only had to plea to a minor speeding ticket! The whole case took a while, about 8 months or so, but of course the results were worth the wait. And his price was reasonable as always. If you ever need a criminal defense lawyer, especially if you got in trouble while you were driving your car, I’d call Silveira Law as soon as possible, best DUI lawyer in the bay!

I was cited for not having a CA driver's license even though my TX driver's license was valid. On top of that they added other bogus citations. Ticket was in the $600 range. Called around to a few lawyers and went with Silveira Law. Basically hired them and forgot about the whole thing. Mayra would send me updates every now and then which was great and finally a couple weeks ago my ticket was dismissed with no court fees or anything. Great firm, i literally hired them and forgot about the ticket and they came back with great news.
