Mr. Newton's advice was always presented in a down-to-earth fashion, easily understandable by the non-attorney. At the conclusion of each discussion I felt that I had an excellent sense of the issues at hand and how to sensibly navigate the course of my decision.

Erik is a thoughtful, incredibly smart, thorough, and analytically sharp lawyer. He was incredibly thorough in his approach, helped me think through issues that I would not have thought through without him, and anticipated and headed off problems throughout. Highly recommended.
