Much thanks to the friend who recommended Mr. Frank Yuen to me when I needed an attorney to handle my father's probate three years ago. Because of Mr. Yuen's expertise and competence, my father's probate went through fast and smoothly. Besides handling my father's probate, Mr. Yuen also helped me to set up a Living Trust that I am comfortable with; a trust that I feel both my descendent and myself are both well protected. He has always been patience, understanding and willing to listen to my situation before making appropriate and valuable recommendations. Dealt with this attorney regarding matter and while initially he was helpful, I guess after he couldn't get more money or just got tired it was total disconnect. Anytime an inquiry was made, his interaction was quite "limited". Right now he doesn't correspondence/reply directly at all. It's as if we're bothering him, imposing. Unfortunately there are still problems taking place and we don't feel that he's willing to help resolve. His stance has been a bit passive when things should have been handled with a bit more force. It's just very frustrating that we feel that we can go to him for assistance, when that's why we hired him.
