I hired Wolford Wayne to represent me in connection with a dispute I was having with my landlord. I could not have been more pleased with the service that I received. Daniel Wayne is extremely knowledgeable and professional, but also understands his client's goals and how to position himself to best achieve them. I set a goal in my mind of what I personally thought would be a good outcome, and Daniel nearly doubled my "internal goal!" In addition, Daniel was extremely responsive to any calls, e-mails, questions, etc. that I had. He always kept me updated on where things stood in the case, so I never had to worry at all, as I knew Daniel had everything under control. I would definitely hire him again! (But, hopefully I won't need to...)

Daniel Wayne is an excellent lawyer who has helped me resolve various legal issues on multiple occasions. Daniel's a great lawyer and a super nice guy. Most importantly, he's very down to earth and honest, which is exactly what you want in an attorney. He helped my roommates and me out when, after years of harassment and negligence by an awful landlord, we decided to take our landlord to the rent board. With Daniel representing us, we knew we had a thorough knowledge of the law and our rights on our side. Daniel ended up getting us a good settlement and our landlord stopped harassing us, which was a huge relief. I cannot recommend Daniel Wayne highly enough. We are expecting our first child this fall and recently discovered unsafe lead dust levels around our apartment through the San Francisco Lead Prevention Program. After the city contacted our landlord to remedy the unsafe living situation, we were threatened repeatedly by our landlord. When contacted, Daniel was quick to respond, provided us with clear guidance on our legal rights, and helped us with the appropriate next steps. He was highly knowledgeable about landlord tenant law and empathetic to our stressful situation. We are now in a much better place - thanks to Daniel's help - and just knowing that we can contact Daniel if any additional problems arise for my family really puts my mind at ease.

Daniel Wayne save the day, well saved my apartment in SF which was a huge relief. He was very knowledgeable and very proficient with the way he represented my eviction notice. If Daniel hadn’t step in and approached my case, I would have to move out of SF and this would have taken me away from my 15-year high school son which lives half the time with his Mom and half the time with me.
