Janice Rourke Hugener has advised both my wife and I in several legal matters. I found her to be an excellent resource on current law and procedure. She has a skill in communicating complicated legal matters to the non lawyer. I would highly recommend her.

My car was involved in an automobile accident and I was unable to make any headway with the insurance companies involved. A colleague of mine referred me to Janice for advice and she ended up taking on my case. Janice was diligent in her research, along with being responsive, efficient and informative. She cut through a lot of the red-tape when dealing with the insurance companies. Even though this was a small case with a number of twists and time leading to settlement, she took my case seriously and fought for me every step of the way. I always felt that I had the best possible representation and would definitely have gotten a smaller (if any) settlement without her assistance. I rarely post reviews but Janice is a top-notch attorney and I cannot recommend her more highly.
