He was careful in listening and performed a thorough inspection of the accident site to understand the nature very well. Choulos choulos and Wyle are the best of the best, a few years back I was involved in a motorcycle accident where I was struck by a vehicle. After calling around to different law firms I was told that for lesser words I did not have a case, I had a hard time dealing with this since I knew for a fact it was not my fault and I sustained fairly serious injuries from the accident. Claude Wyle achieved full payouts from both the driver's and my underinsured policies, after I was hit by a car while walking in a crosswalk. The contrast couldn't be bigger with my prior lawyers who had recommended taking the insurance companies' offers of pennies on the dollar; beware that many lawyers work on volume and make money by churning through many clients with small settlements. Claude won these amazing results of full policy payouts after persistent and polite discussions with the insurance adjusters and lawyers. Claude was also efficient and ethical with his time, and carefully minimized steps that would have enriched him at my expense; many lawyers are not this efficient and ethical. Claude also generously explained the whole process as it unfolded. Claude is the best personal injury lawyer you can hire.

I cannot begin to explain amazing level of service I was given. I Spoke with Claude in regards to a very bad motorcycle collision I was involved in and unfortunately while there was no compensation to be had with the case Claude went out of his way to explain in detail to me the process of what I will be going through due to me not having any insurance. Not only that he also helped me build a solid argument to bring to court in regards to my “unsafe turn” violation. Remember this at 45mph you are traveling 57ft per second. I highly recommend working with Claude Wyle who got me immediate medical care and full pay out from two insurance policies. While walking, I was hit in a cross walk by a driver who ran a stop sign. I couldn’t walk normally after the accident. The first lawyer I contacted provided no assistance and ignored my complaints about my injury. I then contacted Claude. Claude very quickly provided medical professionals to do the diagnosis, and the complicated surgery to rebuild my Achilles tendon. Claude was able to get 100% paid from the insurance policy of the driver, as well as 100% from my underinsured driver insurance policy. My insurance company did their best to not pay, and Claude tenaciously pursued the claim until full payment was received.
