I was involved in a bicycle accident involving a semi truck. I contacted Claude Wyle and he agreed to take on my case. I can honestly say he was very honest and forthright with me and worked tirelessly on my case. Anything that came up I was notified immediately and he talked me through everything. I was more than happy when we settled my case. I believe Claude and George are really fantastic lawyers they have a great support staff who are very responsive to anything you ask of them. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has been injured. Great communication, fast response great people.

I was in a motorcycle accident with a City of San Fran meter maid (driving one of those little Interceptor carts). I broke 4 ribs and my wrist. Big drama. Trip to the hospital in an ambulance. Claude Wyle represented me. He's a very solid guy, did a great job, very responsive and very transparent about it all (it is a process). I was very happy with the outcome and would recommend Claude and his firm if you are unfortunate enough to get in an accident on a bike. Stay safe!

Where do I begin? Mr. Wyle and his incredible staff assisted us with a very significant medical claim after my husband was involved in a tragic, vehicle accident. We were walked through, patiently, every step of the process by either Mr. Wylehimself or his staff. Claude was able to collect on our case, far more than we ever imagined. I was in a dangerous crash where a car pulled in front of me while I was descending on a bicycle. I had never been in an accident or situation where I needed to work so intensely with someone else's insurance. George came highly recommended by my doctor, also a cyclist. I learned a valuable lesson the last time I was involved in a motorcycle accident. I had a motorcycle collision back in March 2018 and suffered from a dislocated right shoulder. I got in contact with George with my case and he accepted. We were looking for a lawyer that would take my Cousin’s case. He was hit by a semi while on the sidewalk waiting for it to be safe to cross. The semi driver was not careful making his turn at the corner and caught my cousin sitting on his bike and with his semi truck, he drug him down the street. The police did NO INVESTIGATION. They just automatically took the driver’s word and blamed it on my cousin. They did not take the time to interview or look for witnesses. The family and I were extremely disappointed. The lawyer we had hired took a first look at the police report and said he wasn’t taking the case. He did not have the time or money to investigate the case because the PD did not do their job and the cameras placed at the store nearby did not work and did not capture the incident. He did not cease in finding the people who witnessed the accident. The accident was even recreated using the latest technology. We did not have to pay a dime. Hoping to find a good attorney to help with my case, I was disappointed to learn that this attorney did not follow my instructions, did not remember my instructions, and charged me for repeating advice I had already been given and charging for it. Did not bill timely and could not verify charges for the work.
