Their fees are reasonable given the high level of experience these attorneys have and the work they do on the case. And Michael is THE BEST HANDS-DOWN at traffic defense. If he can't get your case dismissed, it was probably just not possible. He has fully earned his nickname of "Magic Mike." Being in a criminal defense situation sucks--whether you were arrested for a DUI, hit-and-run, driving without a license, or "only" received a red light ticket (those suckers are $490+!!!)--but with Silveira Law on your side, you have great odds to get the best possible outcome in your situation. Give them a call and talk to someone at the office (Christopher, Kris, or Mayra) for help triaging your case. If you have a serious criminal matter, Eloy or Michael can talk with you about it personally. Don't wait, though--sometimes people get screwed by waiting until the last minute, or missing court and causing themselves more problems. Good luck!

Silveira Law are the best DUI lawyers around, period. After making a horrible decision, and driving with alcohol in my system, I made a great choice and contacted Silveira Law. I would have been happy with traffic school but Mike was able to have my ticket dismissed in full. Everything was handled through email, and my physical presence was never necessary. Mike's service was worth twice what I paid... and 1/3rd of what a similar case cost my in Hawaii. Two thumbs up!
