This is the attorney I go to when I have issues with a case in federal court. I had a serious white collar crime case that involved embezzlement. I did not know if a civil compromise was possible based on the facts of the case. Within minutes I knew Sam knows what he is talking about and can actually give specific advise instead of vague answers that are useless. Sam is an outstanding attorney and person. He will treat your case like a deeply personal matter. Upon my arrest, he came to see me even before I was eligible for bail, and secured me a release on O.R (own recognizance, no bail had to be paid.) My charges exposed me to 4-8 years in prison, but due to to Sam’s tireless efforts, I did not even receive probation. He also gave me invaluable life advice, which helped me improve into the person I am today. I have no words to explain how grateful I am for his services.
