Court cases are overwhelmingly stressfull. This was made even more so considering that we don't live in California! Alex understood what we were going through, and patiently guided us through the legal process. Alex was not only professional with us, but friendly too. Both my husband and I felt comfortable when we spoke with him. We could ask whatever questions that we needed to, and never felt rushed. The feel that my husband and I got was that of someone "going to bat" for us. By taking the time to find out what was important to us, Alex was able to properly negotiate things on our behalf. In the end, Alex managed to help us work out a settlement outside of court that we were very happy with.
