By the way, he has a very rude secretary or lawyer. I do not know the nature of her working? I do not advise anyone to deal with him and the reason is:I went to him twice and paid him a consultation price twice He told me there was a solution for my case He promised me a solution and then asked me $ 2,500 for a fee . Then I stayed for a whole month and I called him and he procrastinated and avoided answering my calls A month later he told me that there was no solution and he returned $ 2000 and took me $ 500 and said it was his lawyers' fee??? Someone you paid him twice and then promised you a solution! Then take your third time a $ 500 fee for the lack of a solution!! What do you think this is a theft and a scam or not? I will leave you judged

Mr. Shamieh's Law firm is very professional in what they do. I called up their firm & needed to get consulting about helping my family get proper documentation to come from over seas. Per the bottom 1 star review Mr. Shamieh has made it clear to his clients that he is licensed only in Indiana. Mr. Shamieh is a Immigration lawyer and can practice in any state he is in becaue it is federal law and he can practice in all 50 states. With this being said, this is the main reason my husband and I decided to hire Mr. Shamieh as our Immigration attorney because he is EXCELLENT at what he does, which is immigration law!! He helped us to achieve results for our family in a timley matter with great staff along his side.
