Attorney Crow acts in prompt and professional manner and knows tenant rights issues through and through. Saved me headaches later by helping me to recognize what I should look for in dealing with an issue surrounding my support animal.

Dave promptly emailed valuable advice after he received my written synopsis describing the case. I know everything he advised me to do was spot on because I had already spent years studying case law and other authorities that control the subject matter. He essentially advised me to not rush into suing because it appears defendants will bury themselves deeper if given more time. I believe Dave's knowledge and strategy concerning the subject matter is the best I have found after years of contacting many lawyers regarding my case. So I feel confident that no lawyer would handle my case any better when it comes time to go.

Dave knows rental/tenant law very well (he is currently on the SF Rental Board himself) and is great to work with: sympathetic but realistic, very responsive, and does not add on extra hours as some lawyers do. Furthermore his fee is relatively reasonable. Do not hesitate - he is excellent!

I can't say anything but wonderful things about this attorney. He is very informative and helpful. He is kind and compassionate. And best of all he is on the tennants side when a landlord is doing unlawful tricks on his tennants. Plus, last but not least, he has a great sense of humor which is in high demand these days. I highly recommend him to anyone having problems with your landlord!!!!!
