Chuck represented me in a case a few years ago and I can not speak highly enough about him as a person and a professional. I had never sued anyone before and was a bit overwhelmed with my medical recovery during the process, but Chuck was always available to answer questions or to just provide emotional support. I really felt like he did everything in his power to fight for me. Ultimately he was able to settle the case, so I did not have to go through the stress and time of a trial. I highly recommend Chuck!

I can only tell you what Chuck has done for me! I had another lawyer who was not overly impressed by my case. When I talked to Chuck he impressed me to no end. As I found out Chuck left no rock unturned, in this case, witch turned out to be a long and hard case. Thanks to Chuck we did very well finding many parties at fault for this case. Chuck is a go getter!!!

My first impression of Chuck was that he is an easy going, friendly and straightforward person. With Chuck, what you see is what you get. I know some people don't like lawyers, but if more of them were like Chuck, it might be a more popular profession. He knows the law in and out. He is efficient and on the level. He put me at ease regarding my case and it was taken care of easily. He is a passionate advocate for his clients. I highly recommend him.
