Dave Lavine is a skilled and talented litigator. He represented me in a very complex intellectual property case against a fierce adversary with an exceptionally large budget to create difficulty for us. Depite this, David kept his cool and worked diligently toward a successful outcome. He is an exceptional litigator and really enjoys what he does. He is talented and honest, I highly recommend him.
