I did not use K&L, but was on the other side in a legal action that I took. They actually did not answer the complaint - handing me a default judgment. I would never expect that from a law firm of their size and reputation.

Best Big Law firm for work/life balance!

Zuzana Goldstein handled the immigration and citizenship case for me and my children and also to help my father to join our family. She is very knowledgeable and confident, brings results and is also very personable. She always finds that perfect balance between being highly professional and simply human. Zuzana & I worked together from 2001 to present. She helped me renew an H1B status, and then navigate the Labor-Based Green Card/Permanent Residency Status process. Zuzana's expertise, experience, and calm demeanor during the process were priceless. She attended my interview with me, and I felt confident with the USCIS officer, having her by my side. Zuzana advised me with my green card renewal in 2017, when the USCIS system was overloaded with applications/renewals.
