After attempting to find answers with free law services, I contacted Certified Family Law Specialist, Debra R. Schoenberg, via email about an amendment I had to include in my divorce decree. She was extremely helpful in giving me guidelines to proceed with the process WITHOUT her help. Being a teacher, I could not have afforded her services aftert all, and her honest encouragement made it all possible. I filed the required paperwork with the court and started the process on my own. I will always be thankful for her prompt response, knowledge, and assistance.

No one wants to have to deal with the kind of crisis that requires the services of this type of law group. Our lawyer in Texas couldn't help us with California courts, so I had to trust in the power of Google to find someone who could help us. Our case was unlike any the Schoenberg Law Group had faced before, and they had less than two days to prepare for a hearing because we only received notice one day prior to engaging their services. He is one of the best attorneys that I have ever meet, he changed something impossible to possible so I recommend him for everyone that has any speeding tickets or DUI, he is the best with a great attitude.

Without going into much detail on a public forum, I decided to hire Sam, after speaking to probably 10 lawyers. I was facing incarceration and a huge fine. Sam was knowledgeable, honest, and very calming. He walked me through the court process, step by step. He was patient, and always answered by questions whenever I called or emailed him. He would even text me if he couldn't pick up my calls. After Sam obtained the police report from the district attorney, he told me we have to fight the allegations because the police violated my constitutional rights. Sure enough, after much fighting and probably 6 months into the case, Sam was able to DISMISS MY CASE! I would suggest you call other lawyers first before calling Sam. You will automatically notice the difference when you speak to him. He’s not going to rush you off the phone or even pressure you into coming into the office to sign up. He will give you all the facts, the worst/best case scenario. More importantly, he won’t waste your time by over promising or feeding you B.S. like others I have spoke with. In my humble opinion, Sam is worth every penny! He’s the modern day Johnny Cochran.
