I recommend Sam (Haitham) Amin wholeheartedly to represent you in family law. After years of mental and physical abuse, I finally feel safe. After an incident with my sibling, I felt it necessary to call the police. After hearing what had transpired and hearing about the years of torment I had endured, the police recommended I get a restraining order against my sibling. I filed the restraining order but knew I needed an attorney because my sibling has a law degree and I just wanted to be safe and and do things right. I was referred to Sam Amin through the Bar and it has been a blessing ever since. He was able to put me at ease throughout the whole legal process. There were times I would cry and feel the anxiety from all the pain that was locked up inside me, and it was Sam Amin that demonstrated heart, compassion and gave me the ability to stand up and persevere. After 5 months, Sam Amin set up a mediation and now I am safe from harm. I was able to get a Non-CLETS which very clearly identifies the code of conduct my sibling must follow or deal with legal repercussions. I am happy and for the first time in many years, I feel that I am out of harm’s way. I thank Sam Amin for everything he did and continues to do.
