I chose Fenchel after doing some research on a number of firms and felt that they had one of the best reputations for family law in the bay area. I talked to at least four different firms prior to making a choice and it was obvious by the end of it who I would partner with. After working with Fenchel, my choice proved the correct one. Fenchel has attracted some of the best talent in the Bay Area and I look forward to the chance to work with Valerie and her team, again.

After an extremely negative experience with a previous firm, I was horrified to find someone new. My new lawyer Abby O'Flaherty from the day she took over absolutely DOMINATED every single thing we went after. The level of care, compassion, and determination blew my mind. Again, after such a bad first experience I didn't know what to expect. This firm and Abby guided me through the process and would actually take the time to explain things to me. Court is obviously a wildly stressful thing as is, so it definitely helps having someone on your side that is friendly, knowledgeable, and truly cares about the case and it's not "just another paycheck". Even besides Abby, the office helped me through many confusing and stressful aspects too. I am extremely appreciative! I definitely recommend Fenchel Family Law. We needed legal help with a very complicated family issue. The entire team was very helpful, understanding and considerate of our situation. Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness in 2021 I unfortunately was arrested for a DUI after a night out. While my BAC wasn't terribly high and there was no accident or anyone hurt, it still resulted in a traumatic experience overall for me as this was my first offense of any kind. I asked a friend for help and he recommended to reach out to the Pakneshan Firm to help me with my case. As I had no idea how this whole process worked, Pezhman was very clear and patient explaining the next steps on how to navigate the complex court and DMV processes. One main thing that I appreciated the most was that he was super responsive via phone or email so that helped me feel more comfortable throughout. Long story short is the he managed my case in a timely manner, I finished my probation , and then worked with him to get my record expunged so that I could go back to normal and put this behind me.
