My 2 roommates and I were asked to leave our flat after 10 years. We were good tenants and always paid our rent on time. It was in Rockridge. The reason the landlord gave us was he wants to move his mom in. And she never did move it. He lied to us. We are all disabled and the landlord said move asap and he will pay our expenses. We were lucky to find a place but he never gave us any money. So we went to tenant law group to try and get the money back that we put out. We didn't have a lot of evidence but some texts. If I could do it over I would have video taped everything. But it took awhile and I almost gave up. But tenant law group talked with me and said these things take time. And great news we won. Listen here: These past reviews may have had a 1-star experience based on their clout, demeanor or way of handling the rejection- or even being unrealistic about their goals in filing their lawsuit. That's highly probable. HIGHLY. I had a fantastic time with Cesar. Don't know why some of these past reviews of him are so butt-hurt. Cesar was great. He addressed the referal, the info I had submitted, and told me the realistic potential of my claim. His communication is clear, compassionate and gives you clarity on any confusion you may have. The NEXT DAY, I was in the office, snacking on company gummi bears with Cesar and Palomar (also from Tobener/Ravenscroft!) and having my issues heard, addressed and validated. This team right HERE: They're assertive, aggressive (not offensive!), and they're highly knowledgeable. I signed on and left feeling confident in the process. Have your papers ready, organized, and GO HERE. It's not guaranteed that you'll get picked, mainly because it's the Bay Area and there's housing BS EVERYWHERE, but contacting this firm will be your priority.

Cesar gave me a call this morning and started off very pleasant. He then became very condescending and said that compensation is out the door and my expectations were not practical. I don't appreciate how he spoke to me say "this is America, you can do what you want!" If Cesar is the face of this office, then this firm will lose business. UPDATE: The owner of the firm Eric Poscano reached out and expressed his sincere apology for the negative experience I had during my initial interaction with Cesar. Eric took the time to hear about my situation and give me the necessary advise to handle my situation. He also sent a follow up with me to check how I was doing and if there was anything else he could do the help. I really appreciate Eric and decided to update my review.
