I absolutely recommend Santamaria Law Firm with all my heart! Marc is kind and smart and really knows what he is talking about. I've met the firm through Instagram and asked Marc if he could make a presentation for some of the international students community. Little did I know that the firm had already a lot of success among the community. Also, the whole staff is very friendly and makes you feel at home. I'm Brazilian and they have Portuguese speakers (among other nationalities) in the staff that can help a lot! You can tell that Immigration is their passion and this makes a big difference when you hire someone to sort Immigration issues. All I can say is Wow, just Wow! Sarah did it! She saved my home. After seven years of getting nowhere with my lender and almost losing my home several times, she performed what I consider a miracle! She helped me when I didn't think it was possible to win. My former landlord was trying to stick me with $600 in "rent" after I had moved out, in addition to $850 in cleaning & repairs that was never performed. I tried fighting it myself but the landlord wasn't taking me seriously and I worried the amount would soon go to collection. I felt helpless, like I was being taken for $1400 and it just didn't feel right... but the heartless landlord was starting to make me feel like I was wrong. Well, Sarah also felt this wasn't right and she fought for me! She stuck it to the landlord with some very professionally written fiery letters. Soon the landlord was backpedaling and I was getting all my money back. If you feel like something isn't right.. it probably isn't. Sarah knows how to get it done and set things right.

We contacted Sarah for a dispute with our rental agency regarding the move out terms from our former residence. She was extremely timely, very professional and was able to help us navigate our resident rights in an easy to understand way. Sarah successfully disputed the claim and saved us hundreds of dollars. We have received a NOID (Notice of Intent of Deny) letter from the USCIS for our green card case after our interview. They are basically saying we are fake while we know we are not! We reached out to Attorney Emma Zhang hoping she can gain us another opportunity to present our case. Emma worked wonders in a few days and directed us to collect so much evidence we never thought about collecting. She wrote a strong argument letter to the Immigration and sent tons of evidence. My wife got a direct approval and green card was sent out a week after! We can't thank Emma enough that she basically just turned a denial to an approval in one week!

Disappointing expensive service. Bad communication or follow up with errors in K-1 application. Will not retain or recommend.
