Reached out to Jennifer needing assistance with commission/monies owed and a potential Work Visa issue due to a contract not being honoured, very combative firm/management. Jennifer proposed a strategy that was not aggressive, offered them options to avoid accruing legal fees with lots of back & forth. When they refused to come to the table she stepped in and in a matter of weeks I was paid the exact amount we discussed and legal separation was signed off on. A highly stressful & sensitive situation and she walked me through it and went into bat for me when needed. Strongly, strongly recommend.

A friend of mine referred Jenny to me prior to my termination. When I was abruptly terminated, Jenny called my employer immediately to let them know I was already represented by council even though she had a deposition to go to that day. She made time for me when I needed her help most. This did not change through the ten-month process to come to a settlement. The other side all but ignored our communications and attempts at settlement hoping we would just go away. But Jenny does not go away, she stays and fights for her clients. She ultimately drafted a well-researched and very strategic complaint and gave them a short window of time to either respond or she would file the complaint in Superior Court. They immediately responded and the case was settled within a week. I ultimately received about 2.7 times my original severance offer which represented a very significant settlement. Jenny always worked with me on the fees which I felt were very fair. She is a dedicated, intelligent and experienced attorney who can keep things in perspective and reassure you when you have doubts. I don’t think I would have ever been able to get through this process and with this outcome with anyone other than Jenny.
