Simply put Ms. Shapero is the very best of the best when it comes to real-estate law! She literally stepped in and save my home and the day... Sara is very easy to work and extremally knowledgeable when it comes to some of the complexities that involves real-estate laws and everything that encompasses. Working with Santamaria Law Firm was such a blessing. They took on my father's residency case and were amazing from the start. They worked very closely with him to ensure that every document needed was turned in, to answer any and all questions, to prepare him for his court date, and to help him win his case. Marc is very knowledgable and he worked closely with the whole family to ensure the success of this case. He even met my mom at a Starbucks nearby on a Saturday morning so that she wouldn't have to drive all the way to his office! The best part was that that they have a bilingual team meaning that my dad always felt comfortable and was aware of everything going on at all times. We worked closely with Selene and a few others who were always attentive to us and very professional at all times.
