Beahm Law helped guide me through my successful expungement process in San Francisco and was a wealth of information while I was applying for Global Entry and TSA pre-check status. I have had Jason handle two traffic cases for me so far and he managed to get both of them dismissed! One ticket was speeding with a license on probation and the other was a trial for a cellphone ticket. The speeding ticket seemed impossible to beat because DMV was involved but he managed to clear it all up, get the ticket dismissed, and get my license back! The cellphone ticket seems minor but I tried to do a "Trial by Declaration" myself (which I don't recommend) and it turned into a trial. Jason handled the trial for me on short notice and got the ticket dismissed! The poor reviews mention "lack of communication" but what they don’t realize is that Jason requests extensions and pushes dates back for a better outcome. Sometimes you get an extension of 3 months so you won’t hear anything for a while; this is normal and actually gives you a better chance of beating the case. He definitely knows what he is doing, just let him work his magic and I'm sure you’ll be happy you picked him.

Must be his friends writing these reviews because this guy is horrible. Complete lack of communication in addition to the guy showing up to court looking like he had a rough night of heavy drinking on multiple occasions. Sloppy mess.
