Nicolas was a great help and still is, very effective with he’s communication skills and an amazing individual, my partner and I are waiting for my adjustment of status etc, and nicolas has stepped in to see everything goes on well throughout out my case..I’m in a gay marriage and this law firm has been a great help with no discrimination. DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU DON'T WANT YOUR MONEY IN A LIMBO. They have not refunded my money $6000.00 and its been over a month. I initially put in a deposit after a free consultation with Arash on Jan 2nd. After about 10 days , I was no longer in need of a lawyer since my Job was sponsoring me and they had their own lawyer hired for my case. I emailed Arash and noushin via email, with no reply. I contacted the office several time, with Martin telling me "Arash needs to verify this", "we only send refunds on fridays" "We will send a tracking number for the refund check". None of this has happened still. I did not use any of their services besides the initial free consultation. I have disputed the transaction with my bank and have made an official complaint to the State BAR of California for this mentioning all their names and provided evidence. I am in the process of pursuing legal action against them. I will update with any change.
