First of all, I called several Bar referral services, and had several consults with attorneys for assistance in filing an appeal for a ruling against my service dog and me by the City and County. The stakes were high because this ruling would have been in affect for my dog's lifetime. I had difficulty finding counsel that would accept my case; even though I had strong grounds for winning an appeal. Kathleen was very responsive and available immediately.
