Anderson is a pleasure to work with. He walked us through the process and made himself available to discuss and further clarify any questions that came up. He made what seemed a daunting task during a difficult time a manageable one and achieved a pleasing settlement for which we are appreciative.

Mr. Franco represented me after I was injured inside a restaurant a year ago. At first, I tried negotiating with the restaurant’s insurance company on my own. But the insurance company was not helpful, so I hired Anderson Franco. He took charge of my case and ended up with a very good outcome. I’m very happy with results, which were much better than what the insurance tried offering me. I can say that Anderson is an amazing personal injury attorney. I found Anderson when I was getting ready to be homeless. I had the flu the day of my first court date which caused me to write down the wrong date for the next court date, I know I know, and it actually caused me to lose the UD and on my way to unlawful eviction. I was told that the only way I could get back on the court's calendar to challenge the decision was to get a lawyer. The Eviction Defense Center left me high and dry and my only choice was google. Anderson was the first attorney that came up in my search. I don't know I guess is picture spoke to me. I called and Anderson was eager to consult with me. We talked and it was clear he was willing to help. He got me a new court date, we changed the judge's mind and I was able to have my day in court to stand up against my slum lord and not be evicted. Throughout my whole case, Anderson was caring, knowledgeable, compassionate, ON MY SIDE, had my back, laughed at my jokes, and most of all kept it 100% real with me. His customer service was superb. Although I never want to see him again (LOL) because I don't ever want to sue anyone again. If I do and it fits I'm calling my friend Anderson. Great lawyer, great law firm!!! I highly recommend his services!!!!!

I needed an expert in landlord/tenant law and Anderson Franco was recommended to me by a friend. Doubt that I could have ever found anyone who was both as personable and professional as Anderson. His knowledge is comprehensive on the subject and he was not only able to answer all of my questions, but provided me with a recommended course of action along with supporting information that I needed. It struck me that one of the traits of excellent lawyers must be listening to their clients. And Anderson did exactly that, allowing me to tell him of my complex issue and asking pertinent questions. I do not recommend the law firm BZBM, or Marco Quazzo. I had a two year interaction with this Firm, that ended-up, being a negative experience. BZBM over-billed, and used questionable billing practices, to generate excessive Fees, in my opinion. I have seven Instances of being overcharged, in my opinion. I have an additional 12 pages of questionable billing practices, in my opinion. In some instances, I was billed for a “conference" with other Partners, and “meetings” with Legal Assistants, and Paralegals, in the Firm. I did not retain/hire the other Partners or Associates, however, I was billed for their "meetings". Beware of hiring a Law Firm. I experienced financial pressure by BZBM. It was 2 weeks before the scheduled Hearing. They demanded two separate advance fee payments in the amount of $35k each, otherwise Marco Quazzo threatened to withdraw, from my case. At the time of this demand, I had a positive balance/credit with the Firm of approx $10k. Yet, Marco and BZBM demanded more money. Beware of Copy Fees. Beware, of “Block Billing”. This is the system the firm utilizes. If you are not familiar, ask for an explanation. Lastly, I submitted this Matter to the Bar Association Fee Dispute Program. There was an Award Ordered. It was not an amount that would justify the amount BZBM generated, in excessive fees. Beware of this Law Firm.
