We worked with Yuliya when we were trying to put together a plan for our estate. Our situation was compounded by the fact that we had very little time to do it in since we were going out of the country, and we wanted to have the estate plan in place before that. Yuliya was willing to work with us on this tight schedule; she has explained the process, the terms, the concepts in detail, patiently walked us through exactly the kind of decisions we needed to make so that by the time we had to put those decisions on paper, we were confident in what we wanted, and it took very little time. The fact that she was always available to answer questions was great since not only would it enable us to proceed, but also would help us avoid making (costly and untimely) mistakes. For instance, we had called her from the County's Clerk office to make sure we were getting the correct documents, and, sure enough, we were about to get something else entirely, which would have delayed the process and made us miss our deadline. She is incredibly organized and efficient, very knowledgeable and professional, but also very personable and easy to talk to. We feel really fortunate that we got to work with Yuliya and would highly recommend her services!

Magomedov & Cronin helped us prepare and execute an estate plan. Both Yuliya and Aisling are incredibly professional and personable. They communicated clearly and answered thoughtfully and thoroughly all the questions we had (and we had many!). As a result, we felt we were able to make the most informed decision for our situation. They are also very organized, conscientious and have great attention to details. I would recommend them highly.

I hired Magomedov & Cronin, LLP for my estate planning needs. The entire process of estate planning can be daunting. Yuliya and her office made it simple and straightforward for me. Yuliya patiently walked me through all the different documents necessary for a comprehensive and complete estate plan, including AHCD, DPA, Trust, Will, HIPPA, etc., Seemingly, over and over again, with willingness, she explained clearly and succinctly the importance of each document, how they all fit together, when they should be used, and how. She went above and beyond when I mentioned the possibility of buying property out of state by locating and recommending attorneys I could work with.

In life.. things happen.. and it can be confusing, especially if you are injured. Pain and confusion are not a good mix, but for us.. thankfully.. Yuliya helped bring the clarity we needed. Sometimes lawyers can seem a little stand offish, but Yuliya treats us warmly, reassuring us that our best interest is her priority. She is always calm, understanding and listens to what we are saying.. guiding us in the right direction. My health and my well being are important to Yuliya, and I know this because every time I speak with her, she asks how I am feeling, how I am doing.. genuinely caring, not just about the case.. but about me. She makes herself available to us in numerous ways, from her work phone, email and even cell phone! Giving us the comfort we need should any questions arise. In today's world it is very hard to put your trust into someone completely, but we have no reservations in placing our trust in Yuliya. She has proven time and time again, that her passion is helping others understand and navigate the confusing world of forms, questions, deadlines and law. When a letter is about to arrive in the mail regarding the case, Yuliya lets you know ahead of time, what it is.. what it means.. and what we have to do. Circumventing any problems or questions we may have. Can i tell you how thankful we are for that type of attention?? I am a housewife, with 3 children and I home school.. my life is hectic enough..add in the pain.. and my life is stressful! For Yuliya to care enough about me to let me know ahead of time what to expect.. instead of me calling her.. me asking questions..etc.. is a blessing! It's just one of the many personal touches she adds to reaffirm she truly cares. We believe that Yuliya is knowledgeable and confident in her abilities.
