Great service and excellent price for living trust

Friendly service from Faye and Emma! We needed a Trust and received a referral to contact Emma who took our information and worked with Faye to draw up a Trust for us. Faye explained everything in detail as we signed the documents. Great service!

Living trust for less than $800 and Faye is very nice.

Faye was terrible. She was very condescending and didn't explain things well at all. She didn't listen to what our needs were. She does not reply in a timely manner. It was a headache dealing with her from the start. I would not recommend her at all.

Faye Lee's office help my elderly parents to create a trust for their SF property (shared with couple siblings and their spouses) earlier this year. Within seconds of looking at the information we have provided, Faye noticed the county had swapped the names of two of the co-owners (extremely similar Chinese Pingyin), wife as husband. We were surprised how sharp she was. We have looked through the same document so many times in the last 20 years and never caught it. She helped us fix it. Couple months later, we realized we have provided her office with the wrong ownership % to be recorded. Because the variation was not too significant, the assessor's office told me they will not reassess us extra tax for the difference. I related the message back to Faye's office and decided to let it go. Today, I was surprise to receive a call from Emma, her assistant. They will fix it for us for free! They didn't want my parents or us to have any problem down the road. Can you believe it? This is a Law office talking, free! I truly feel Faye's there to help, and it shows. When you come see her office, don't expect a fancy office. That reflects on the extreme low fee she pass on to us. She has not increased her fee for the last twenty years. Her low fee by no mean reflect on the quality of her work. The process was very streamline. We got our packet from her office ahead of time to complete. By the time we come in, within an hour, we got everything done. I am glad we got this referral from Mr. Wing S. Lam from Channel 26. She is worth every penny that we pay. Thank you Faye and Emma for the great work that you do. May God continue to bless your kind hearts.
