I had a bad experience with an apartment complex and sought help with terminating lease early with Tobener Ravenscroft. A friend of mine found their website so I called them up. The receptionist was very nice and professional to schedule a 15 minute free consultation with one of their attorneys. She is very professional, compassionate and generous in providing her legal knowledge for my case. Would totally recommend this place!

I am dealing with a loss of security deposit and issues with my current lease. They made themselves available to talk me through my problems and give me dependable and honest advice about what I can do about it. They are super friendly and motivated, absolutely feels like I finally have somebody on my side at a time when it feels like everybody is against me.

This is a wonderful firm. I found out my landlords were going to sell the house to which my separate apartment is attached. Like any tenant, I felt panicked. A friend who went through a similar situation raved about Tobener Ravenscroft, so I contacted them in the hope they could help me. Everyone I communicated with was so helpful, and they were very responsive. My mind is greatly at ease now that I have someone in my corner. I can't praise them enough.

Joe Tobener is a knowledgeable and smart attorney in tenant law in SF. He is also a gracious gentleman, a rarity. His staff is very pleasant and helpful. This was a pleasant experience dealing with them and I am grateful!

They refused to take my case for no reason! I am
Being harassed my tenant and retaliating against me. The person took all the information from me about this wrongful eviction and then she advised me that sorry we are not able to take your case? I am trying to understand why because I have a solid case and I have been referred by a friend who knows them and have worked with them in past. Still trying to understand why they refused to represent me.
