I am very satisfied with my experience with Tobener Ravenscroft. I had some questions about my lease agreement, so I contacted them and was set up with a 30 minute appointment with Tina the day after my initial inquiry. During my appointment, we were able to come to a resolution after a few minutes since my questions were very straightforward. Because of this, Tina offered to refund the consultation fee. If I ever find myself in a situation where I need to contact someone about my housing, I know where I'll go. Thanks!

I had an excellent experience with Tobener Ravenscroft. I found myself in a very stressful situation with nowhere to turn, and they really helped ease my concerns. I felt that I was in excellent care and that they had my best interests in mind. Joe made me feel confident in my decision to pursue legal action (even though I was terrified!), and Stephanie was there every step of the way to make me feel comfortable. They both were knowledgable, helped me feel confident I was making the correct decisions, were patient when I had (a lot of) questions, and kept me informed throughout the process. I really like Stephanie went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable during the entire process. I went from feeling like I had no support or guidance to having my own personal advocates who were able to help my voice be heard. If you are devistated and don't know where to turn and you are looking for an attorney who you can really trust and has a heart look no further! Tobner and Ravenscroft and their entire team were all there for my family when we needed them the most. I was going through the worst time of my life when I found them. They were more then just attorneys to us. They really cared about my family, our well being, and the Justice we diserved. They didn't just want justice for us but they wanted to make sure our rental angency could not hurt anyone ever again. Joe, Brian, and Lilli stood by my side the whole way. I had landlords that put my family in jeopardy and and harassed us every step of the way. Tina Collins has gone out of her way multiple times to help me with asserting my rights here in San Francisco, as a local resident in the midst of covid-19. I can’t express how helpful and professional Tina and all of Ravenscroft has been in communication with me and allowing me to view my rights from a proper standpoint. Received a very poor reply from an admin to an inquiry. Unwilling to do an introductory conversation without a fee. When I questioned this practice as I've hired many lawyers and never been charged for an introductory conversation, I did not hear back. After pressing, I was told that they did not see value in my case, which I took to mean that they were willing to take a fee to talk to me without expectation that the time would be valuable to me. After posting the review, I received a response from the managing attorney apologizing for the experience and explaining more about their process. I can understand better that they have high call volumes and seem to only take on cases they can immediately litigate, but it was a very drawn out and frustrating process to get to this conclusion. I appreciated her offer to do a free consultation given the circumstances, even if it didn't make sense in this context. As such, I've amended the review from 1 star to 3 stars
