I had the misfortune of running head on into a tractor in the dark at night who was as driving on the wrong side of a country roadway without proper lighting, creating a hazard. My head slammed into the windshield and I haven't felt the same since.  The tractor operator denied liability, said that other motorists went around him, the accident was my fault.  The idiot nearly killed me. My lawyer Nate James and his awesome case manager, contacted their insurance carrier with a demand for $250,000 before we filed the lawsuit.  The insurance company offered me $750. I'm posting their offer so you can see it for yourself. Nate and his team went to work and the job they did was phenomenal. They found me the medical care I needed. Because I was without health insurance for a long time, I never really treated, and suffered in silence. To make it more complicated, I moved from Brentwood California up to Tacoma Washington. I started a family. I was working as a manager. To the outside world I looked fine, but I wasn't. God bless Nate's legal team. They found me doctors to treat my brain and back injuries. They got the case ready for trial. They even animated the tractor/El Camino collision. They had faith in me and my injuries and my case and they put in thousands of dollars to make it viable One month before trial the insurance company paid me $500,000.00 That's a whole lot better than $750.
