Mr. Banks went up against an extremely large company, with very deep pockets that had a team of attorneys. My nephew and niece were severely injured by them and they fought relentlessly to avoid paying for what the company knew they were 100% responsible for…. Mr. Banks fought an extremely tough legal battle against a team of high paid attorneys and got my nephew and my niece what they deserved. I cannot express in words Mr. Banks’ skills as an attorney.
