Diana was amazing at helping me get through the tough process of going through my divorce. I was blessed with her helping things go through relatively quickly and with things working out overall positively for me in the end. She heard my situation and gave me good advice on dealing with my ex partner and life in general that helped me make the very tough decisions I had to make to improve my situation. She helped me stay tough and not give in to pressure or unreasonable demands from my ex throughout the whole time. I could just vent and complain about whatever was going on and she was the filter to make everything happen properly. I have now been healing and am hopeful for my future again. Things could've gotten very complicated and stressful but Diana helped me resolve things with both sides coming to an agreement without going to court or any other issues. She was very responsive and was even taking phone calls while on vacation. Her staff was very helpful too and it felt like we were all a team to get my situation resolved. I completely put my trust in her and had minimal anxiety whenever any tough pressure or responses came from the other side. I would definitely recommend Diana Romanovska to anyone who’s in need of the best legal representation during any divorce-related matters and I cannot say enough good things about her, her excellent professionalism, and her expertise. I was cornered into an incredibly unsustainable and unfair divorce settlement by my ex-wife and her lawyer when I could not afford my own lawyer (I was still in still in medical training, working 2 jobs with 2 grown kids, ex-wife unemployed). After I started my career, I hired another lawyer who was able to undo some of the damage that was done, but was very sloppy and left me high and dry following an unjust tentative ruling…. Next, I discovered and hired Diana. When I went looking for legal help, I found that no attorneys wanted to work with my ex wife's attorney, Rachel Castrejon, because she has a reputation for poor ethics and acting in bad faith. (I heard story after story from one attorney after another.) When I called Diana, she was ready for the fight, meaning she was the only attorney I could find in the Bay Area who wasn't scared of Rachel! In the end, I decided to stay pro per, but I used Diana's consulting legal services on two different occasions, for one hour each time. I packed in as many questions and problems as I could, and Diana carefully walked me through my options. In the end, I was able to turn a grossly unfair situation into a very fair settlement that reflects what my kid wanted, and I support that. Without Diana's help, I never could have gotten this outcome and we would have been stuck in court 'til 18.
