My experience with Kelly Armstrong and her team was excellent. I really appreciated having them represent me and help me with my legal claims. I was very nervous to come forward and hire an attorney for the first time and Kelly reassured me and expressed compassion for me throughout my case. I found her through a google search and consulted with several other firms before hiring her which was the best decision I ever made. I decided to hire her when I went to her with an employment claim, she probed me with hard hitting questions right away and took control of my case. This lawyer ended up being effective but she was also really difficult to work with. I worked with her a year ago on a civil matter. While she was quick and always responsive to emails she would bully me or criticize me a lot. I felt this often came out of nowhere or without good reason. She seemed hasty or disorganized a lot, too, and would often tell me not to do things that her associates had just finished instructing me to do. It was very frustrating.
