I was rear-ended while stopped in crazy bay area traffic and saw my own doctor and family chiropractor. Well.. the car insurance offered me 2k which would barely cover the medical expenses I already paid. I knew at that point I needed an attorney and came to these folks. Insurance paid up what was rightfully owed after that. Call them if you’re ever involved in a crash.

Call them for help. I called for advice on how to navigate a minor claim I had with a big box store. Their advice was more than helpful, and I think the call was about 20 minutes of the attorney’s time (at no charge). I’d keep this law firm in mind for future troubles.

I called this firm after a car accident and Mr. Cowan was very responsive and helpful. Unfortunately, due to lack of witnesses, we were unable to pursue the claim. Nonetheless, Mr. Cowan gave me his time and was sympathetic to my injuries!

No stars! Rachelle the intake specialist was unhelpful and denied my claim despite the insurance company admitted at fault for the driver who T boned me. She basically insinuated this case wouldn’t pay enough for them to help me. Seek advice elsewhere.

This man is a joke. I called about a serious matter where my daughter is a possible suicide statistic caused from the racism inflicted on her in school and said I didn’t have a case and pretty much dismissed me. Don’t call this man unless you want too waist your breath.
