Ginny Walia is an aggressive, intelligent and very knowledgeable attorney. I was in a difficult spot and had already worked with one other attorney who I felt like wasn't giving enough attention to my case. When I hired Ginny for my case, she took the time to care about my situation, listen to me and responded to all the emails and phone calls. She fought really hard for my case and thanks to her, my serious felony charges were converted to one simple misdemeanor which the other attorney told me was not possible. Since I am not a US Citizen, she made sure that the misdemeanor charge did not have immigration consequences. I cannot thank her enough for her efforts and most importantly the result she delivered. I strongly recommend her.

I hired the services of Ginny Walia at a very difficult time of my life. She is an aggressive lawyer. Exactly the kind you need to defend you fiercely. During my case she managed to build a rapport with the DA which helped with a positive outcome. She advised me at every step on what to do and more importantly what not to do.
