Very aggressive in court, no none sense attorney

prior to obtaining Ms. Amato I contacted several firms in the area who I met with and they gave me high retainer and a true sales pitch. However, when I went to Samira she was honest, straight forward and properly prepared me for the road ahead. I got the results that i wanted and was happy to work with her. She is very pleasant and personable.

I had a great experience with Samira Amato. She is a great attorney.She is knowledgeable and strategic, and argues her own cases. She answered and listened carefully to all my questions and concerns and provided really valuable advice.

Samira handled our litigation matter very competently and zealously. She was very prompt and responsive. She cared genuinely for us and did not over charge us. Needless to say we were very happy with the results and I recommend her all the time to friends and colleagues

Samira was incompetant.She had stated she was skilled. She did not do the simple things required to help our case to a satisfactory conclusion. We are worse off than if we had not used her help. She befriended opposing counsel and allowed him to control the case. She was seen laughing and giggling with opposing counsel when she was suppose to be negotiating on our behalf. She did not represent us in a satisfactory manner. If she is the best Sagaria law has to offer I would go else where.

For divorce and DV cases I would highly recommend this attorney. She knows what she is doing, and is experienced in family law and Domestic Violence cases. As a former client, I was quite happy with not only the outcome of the case, but her level of understanding why I needed things done a certain way in my case. She understood opposing counsel well, which made things easier. I have hired other attorneys just before hiring her, but they just weren't getting it. She is trustworthy, and clear about what can and cannot be done. her predictability in outcome is pretty accurate.

Hmmmm, let me see. Never once did what I told her to do, even when put in writing, convinced me to mediate an issue with people she KNEW were biased, and then refused to have the orders I paid so much for put into writing or enforced. I had to fire her for nonfeasance. She might care, but what that gives you after you pay her is a whole lot of nothing. I would not use her again, nor would I recommend her to anyone who cares about the future of their family. This is as poor an advocate as you can get.
