Do not waste your money! Terrible attorney. I recently had a deeply disappointing experience with this attorney while seeking assistance with a prenuptial agreement. Throughout the process, I felt discriminated against and disrespected. The attorney's conduct crossed the line of professionalism, as they displayed a blatant lack of empathy and understanding. Their unprofessional behavior left me feeling undervalued and invalidated. I would not recommend their services to anyone seeking legal counsel for sensitive and personal matters.

I contacted Samira regarding an employment law matter, and she did not respond to any of my emails for more than 8+ months. Even though I sent her multiple follow ups via email from April 2022 through November 2022.
She offers no customer service, or satisfaction. She has no integrity per my one phone call with her. During our consultation call, she stated she was going to take one action, but within the hour I received a disappointing email from her.
She does not read emails or replies to emails or texts. Do not waste your time with this attorney.

As a small business I was lost as to all the changes. I wanted to focus on making ends meet and did not have the bandwidth to deal with the legal requirements/changes for my business. Ms. Amato spend good quality time with me during this time and is pulling me through this crisis.

I've used Law Office of Samira Amato for my legal issues a few times. Ms. Amato was the attorney on my cases. First was for my business dispute with my partner and second was my dissolution/nullity action. I was very happy each time. She was very professional, caring, and fair; I was completely satisfied and pleased with the results of my cases.
If I need further legal representation I will for sure use Ms. Amato the future.

Samira helped me in a very difficult case involving a lot of money and multiple residential properties. I felt that she did not really know the legal issues, but helped me negotiate out of court a satisfactory agreement which I was very happy with. I feel I was over-billed. And now when I try to get documents pertaining to the case my requests by email and phone calls are ignored. For my next legal issue I went to someone else.

I used Ms. Amato for my family law matter, she was very helpful in setting up my expectations by knowing her way around the court system and the law. She did not go through my retainer like my last attorney. She was thoughtful of my financial situation and worked with me to keep cost under control.

I have and worked with other Attorneys prior to hiring Ms. Amato. So I am very familiar with the legal process, attorneys personality and know how. While I anticipated a stressful process, my expectations were exceeded by her knowledge, ability and control over the case, the other attorney and the Court. I would highly recommend her.

I really liked her. She was very good. She fought for what I wanted. It's not too often you meet attorneys who know the law, can fight and are real people too. So it is nice so meet someone who is a real person and knows the real issues.
