My son was arrested for a felony assault. We were very upset and confused. Luckily someone who is a friend recommended Maureen Baldwin. I was charged with sexually molesting my step-daughter years ago. I was innocent and wanted to fight all the charges. Unfortunately, I was convicted the first time, but a court-appointed appellate lawyer got my case reversed on appeal because I was not given a fair trial the first time. The District Attorney decided to re-try my case. Fortunately, Maureen Baldwin was my lawyer this time. A lot of investigation as well as pretrial motions were required. There were very serious immigration issues in addition to the criminal case. As a result of the hard work of my attorney as well as the appellate attorney before her, the prosecution dismissed the case.
