I highly recommend Habbas & Associates. Very professional, handled my case from the beginning to the end. I received a very nice settlement on my case. If needed i would most definitely return to Habbas & Associates to represent me again.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CASE HERE! I was involved in a auto accident Nov 2018 and to put it in nice words, I have gotten no where with this law firm and it is Oct 2019. All promises and smiles but no action and what's worse is we have the right to go to any Dr., clinic etc. for our treatment but this lawfirm is reluctant and will not send the documents over to the Dr. or clinic of your choice. Worse part is that they are attempting to force me to go a one route treatment which is out of pocket cost for my medical treatment even though I have a lien. I'm gonna fire them and hire another law firm that will get me results, this is not my first rodeo.

After being involved in an automobile collision as this was no accident, I reached out to Habbas & Associates. I explained the circumstances how the collision occurred and the injuries I sustained. They were helpful in explaining what the outlook would be at the conclusion of the matter. They were always polite and cordial when updating me where my case currently stood and what info was needed to continue moving it towards a favorable direction. I believe I would not have received the same outcome settlement if I were to have handled this on my own. The experience I received with Habbas & Associates was overwhelmingly positive. Within reference to Tuan Nguyen review. She is stating true facts, Mr. Omar Habbas and his team. Didn't return my many calls nor did they provide me with updates to my case. They allowed time to pass which my 2 year statue of limitation was within a month and that's when I received word that Omar Habbas dropped my case. I had to find another attorney and I had to settle for less. Because of my injuries caused by a car accident which was not my fault. I have two bulging disc and two pinched nerves... one in my cervical and lower lumbar. Since 2004, I live with chronic and debilitating pain. I'm the one who went through numerous doctors because I wasn't physically improving. I had xrays, MRI's, nerve testing, 15 cortisone injections and I came across one doctor who read all my reports and images. She told me that my spinal injuries will not improve and as I age my condition will be much worse. She was right! The only honest doctor who didn't sugar coat my injuries. The man who backed into me, he was in his 70's and was distracted by a young woman who he was talking too, he failed to see me and reversed and hit me while my back was twisting as I was in reverse. I've never had back injuries before the accident. And as I recall, Omar Habbas or his assistant, I can't remember all the details it's been such a longtime ago. But we had a meeting with the insurance company and I tried to explain with absolutely no help from Mr. Habbas, I tried to make my defense about how much pain I was in and how I had struggled with mobility issues which prevented me from more routines and my daily life. I lost my case! Omar Habbas only deals with clients who have a huge settlement case. A friend of mine, had went to Mr Habbas, he accepted her case and he did the same thing he did to me to her! This is an awful Attorney Law Firm. They pick and choose who they want to fight for, again.... they are big money driven!
