I am a new client and both times I was disconnected with two different people. Their office made no attempt to reach out. Not a good look for someone that does so much in advertising to obtain new clients..

This Law firm associate accepts our accident case readily and promise us quick case resolves, but actually our cases are progressing very slow. BAD things are they do not update us of case progress. Our many telephone calls asking about case progress updates got no answers back from lawyer. Our accident case get languished very long time without case progress updates. Very unprofessional Habbas law firm whose TV advertisements are deceiving us into giving them to work on our case, Definitely we do not recommend this law firm to anybody,

I was a mail carrier in Oakland, California from 2014 to December of 2016. In December 2015 a homeowner's dog got out of their fenced yard and went straight to attacking me. Eventually the dog was wrangled up by the homeowner's son. My leg was tore open. I contacted Habbas and Associates sometime after that to get a settlement from the homeowners, after-all I feel it is their fault the dog attacked me since I wasn't even on their property. Habbas has only contacted me about 8 times since December 2015. They aren't good at communication or investigation. The statute of limitation to file a lawsuit is 2 years exactly, and Habbas hasn't said anything to me in 3 months. They are incompetent and careless. They shouldn't be practicing law. They keep telling me they are trying to contact the owner, after two years?! This law office is a joke

Gianni Castro at Habbas and Associates did a fantastic job representing me in my personal injury case. I had previously had Omar Habbas as my customer and he is the epitome of respectful and courteous. I was quick to choose his firm to represent me for my case. Grace Paik was the case manager for my parents accident. We were devastated by the caliber of the accident and injury my parents suffered and completely lost at what action to take. She guided us through the whole process and was very attentive. It was especially helpful because she spoke fluent Korean and was able to explain everything to them!
