I contacted my insurance company and stated my claim. I have sent all documentation, photos, video & call logs they have requested. They have denied to fix my vehicle because I was in an accident turning off of the freeway and hit a pole and then drove home. No police report, witnesses, or tow receipt. I have no lapse in my coverage always pay on time or ahead of time. I just need my car repaired. Can you help me?

I was now a paraplegic bound to the wheelchair for the rest of my life with kids to raise . I knew I needed someone to help me. And thank God we found Omar habbas & Associates. DO NOT BRING YOUR CASE HERE! I was involved in a auto accident Nov 2018 and to put it in nice words, I have gotten no where with this law firm and it is Oct 2019. All promises and smiles but no action and what's worse is we have the right to go to any Dr., clinic etc. for our treatment but this lawfirm is reluctant and will not send the documents over to the Dr. or clinic of your choice. Worse part is that they are attempting to force me to go a one route treatment which is out of pocket cost for my medical treatment even though I have a lien. I'm gonna fire them and hire another law firm that will get me results, this is not my first rodeo.
