Started the K-1 process searching on google and found a few agencies. Wilson's came up with good reviews, but what solidified my choice was the fact that we'll be having a video call with my fiancee to help ease her with the process as it'll be her first time into the country. Johana has been our case manager and she's been really helpful throughout the process. Johana has been communicative throughout it all. The actual immigration process takes time. Which is out of the agencies hands, but with what they can work with. They do it in a posthaste and professional manner. Edit: Moved to San Bruno and had my case transferred to the San Francisco Office. Communication isn't as strong as it was when my case was still in San Jose. I usually get a response two weeks after my emails.
